This therapeutic response statement Supports the relationship that dMMR status confers therapeutic sensitivity to Carboplatin, Dostarlimab, Paclitaxel in patients with Endometrial Carcinoma.
The Republic of Ireland's Health Service Executive (HSE) has approved dostarlimab in combination with carboplatin and paclitaxel as a treatment option for the treatment of adult patients with primary advanced or recurrent endometrial cancer whose tumors are mismatch repair deficient (dMMR) or microsatellite instability-high (MSI-H) and who are candidates for systemic therapy.
