Giotrif (afatinib) [product information]. EMA. The European Medicines Agency (EMA) has authorized afatinib as a monotherapy indicated for the treatment of EGFR TKI-naive adult patients with locally advanced or metastatic non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) with activating EGFR variants.
